TRAVEL ON TRADE
We hear you are ready for a vacation! Good news, you're just a few steps away. Please take a moment to read through a few of our suggestions and trade guidelines before beginning your trip preparations.
Try to be flexible when traveling on trade. If you are looking for a reservation in Orlando Florida, just 5 miles or less of the Disney Theme Park, and will not expand your search options, you are a lot LESS LIKELY to get the dates or trip you are looking for.
Nearly EVERY HOLIDAY is a difficult time to travel on trade. The hotels, motels and resorts are likely to be full with cash paying clients, and are less likely to rent a unit on trade if they are already at 80% capacity or greater.
Barter travel changes daily. What is available today may not be available tomorrow. If you find something you like, JUMP ON IT. If it s gone tomorrow we tried to warn you!
All Travel booked on trade is considered a final sale. The vacation and travel vendors WILL NOT OFFER US REFUNDS; therefore we are not able to offer our clients one as well.
We are not travel agents but rather barter brokers so we have fewer options. Our staff will work very hard to accommodate your needs and new opportunities are always being added. Please try to give at least 14 days notice for travel booked within the U.S. and 90 days for International travel. Last minute travel requests will often incur a cash fee for rush booking.
When travel vendors are contacted directly the chances of getting a reservation on trade are less than 1%, often leaving travelers with a 100% cash bill upon departure. In this event your trade broker will be unable to assist you. Vendors will usually only work with exchange brokers until a reservation has been confirmed. Once travel on trade is booked you are welcome to call the vendor directly with questions about accommodations, attractions, etc...
These are simply tips to help you better understand traveling on trade. If you follow the advice of your broker, you will be better prepared for a great trip and fond memories. Traveling on "trade" can be just as fun as "cash travel" and a lot LESS EXPENSIVE!!!
